The cost includes: tuition and textbooks for all ten courses and a certification diploma. CAU also provides a Bible in addition to the textbooks.

The courses can be completed at your own pace and from the convenience of your digital device. Certifications consist of ten courses that are approximately five hours long each. The total class time to complete Church Answers University is fifty hours, not including reading time, quizzes, and additional study. We anticipate that most students will complete the certification in six months to a year.

A certification is specific and streamlined, while a degree includes more general courses. Church Answers University seeks to offer quality Christian education for those who desire further training without the cost and time commitment of a degree. 

Though we can’t speak for all churches, we have seen a paradigmatic shift among churches as they consider pastors and other staff. These churches no longer require specific degrees as much as they want to see that the prospective pastor or staff member has completed training for ministry. We anticipate that most churches will gladly accept a certification, particularly a certification from Church Answers University.

CAU offers certifications rather than degrees. A certification model does not require formal accreditation.

CAU offers an alternative and innovative form of ministry training and education. There will always be a place for seminaries and Bible colleges and universities.

All textbooks are included in the cost of certification tuition, meaning there is no additional cost for textbooks when taking a full certification.

The course content is approximately five hours of video content, accompanied by a textbook, learner guide, and quiz. The five hours of content consists of twenty-five classes that range in length from nine to fifteen minutes. • We believe the Old Testament and New Testament Scriptures are the inspired and infallible Word of God. God’s Word is the final authority for faith and life.
• We believe there is only one God, and He has chosen to reveal Himself as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
  We believe people were created in the image of God and the sin of Adam (the first person) marred that image, creating an eternal divide between God and people. Every person is born in sin.
• We believe the only way a person can have a true, forgiven relationship with God is through Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary and conceived by the Holy Spirit. Jesus became man without ceasing to be God. Our right standing with God is made sure because of His literal, physical resurrection.
• We believe in the literal, physical return of Jesus to judge the living and the dead.
• We believe God offers eternal life as a free gift and that it must be received by faith alone through God’s grace alone.
• We believe the church of the Lord Jesus Christ is a local body of believers on mission to enlarge God’s kingdom.

Certain religious denominations or networks require their church leaders to complete continued education to maintain their license or ordination.
